Hi, I'm Catherine Anne.

My name is Catherine Anne, but everyone calls me Cat. I love both! I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama but moved to the mountains of Telluride, Colorado in 2008. I fell in love with everything the mountains had to offer. The beauty, the peace I gained from being surrounded by them, the outdoor activities, proximity to nature, and the mountain lifestyle. I knew it was where my heart belonged. After traveling and living abroad, I fell in love with my now husband and we took a leap of faith together to move back to Telluride in 2011. We have been here ever since, and feel beyond blessed to call this special place home!

I am inspired by beautiful light, organic moments, and the authentic emotions between those we love. Time is fleeting, and capturing memories on film is a way to document the present moment for a lifetime to come.

I dream of traveling all over the world, and hope to do so one day! My husband and children are my world. I wish I could speak Spanish fluently. If I was not taking photos, I would be teaching children or making jewelry. We have a huge St. Bernard and Bernese Mountain Dog mixed pup named Charlie. He gets most of the attention around town. You can find me skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, yoga in between, and I'll take any escape to the beach when I can!
